My system is inventory based and I will let you know which piece of jewellery is ready for delivery. Items listed as out of stock will be updated as soon as replacements have been made. Periodically the entire catalog will be updated; customers on the mailing list will receive e-mail notification. Your jewellery will be posted as soon as your payment is received.
Accuracy of bead colours
I have taken great care in presenting the jewellery on my website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. I am therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual bead. However, if upon receipt, you find the colour is not as expected, I will be very pleased to offer you a refund.
Guarantee
I guarantee each piece against normal wear and tear for one year from the date of sale. Please keep your order confirmation e-mail as this acts as your guarantee.

Acceptance of your order
By submitting an order to me through my website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by me, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing address details.
Payment Methods
On-line shoppers may use Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, JCB, PayPal and NoChex. Personal cheques and bankers drafts are also acceptable methods of payment, although please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the posting of your jewellery as I must wait for your funds to clear.If you prefer to order products from my web site by post, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page, complete the necessary boxes and post the form, together with your cheque, to the address listed below.
You may cancel your order at any time, for whatever reason, within seven working days of placing your order. If you would like to do so, please complete the form below:
A full refund will be given to all cancellations prior to delivery.If you wish to return any goods, please post them and the original invoice to me within 7 working days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition; in their original packaging and unaltered in any way. A full refund will be given on all returned goods in their original condition. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable and that I shall not be responsible for postage on returned items. Please note that once you have notified me of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal obligation on yourself to return the goods in their original condition within 14 days.
